1/21/00- I added a new program today. I just made it up to try and put some size on. So far I've liked it. If you need a change give it a try.

10/26/99- Has anyone seen the 200th issue of FLEX mag. It is a good one. If you have it check out Arnolds Bicept workout. It is insane. I couldn't even finish it before my arms stopped working. I'm thinking of more sections to put up. If you want to see something let me know.

10/18/99- OK I lied about finishing the supps but I did put up a new way to hit the pecs hardcore. Check it out! It's on the list of links.

9/20/99- Sorry I've been out for a long time. I started school again and you know how college life goes. I did put up some more survey's but still don't have a lot. Help me out and send me one. I will try to finish the supps section soon and hopefully add a new section or two. Keep checking back. Also use the browers up on top. I'm making some good cash on the side from it.

8/2/99- I finished the nutrition section and added one bit of info in the weight loss supplements. I also added one more survey. Please take the time to fill one out.
